Buying an RV can be one of the easiest ways to inherit someone else's expensive problems. I can help!

What in the RV is THAT is a professional RV inspection service covering the greater Houston area and SETX that helps buyers avoid expensive surprises. After spending years living full-time in an RV performing my own repairs and upgrades - and writing my own inspection software - I've developed a deep understanding of RVs and how their systems operate and fail, and how to help you find out more about what you're buying before you buy it.

I've inspected a wide variety of RVs, from Class A diesel pushers and gas pullers to fifth wheels, toy haulers, travel trailers, adventure vans, and more. I've also worked directly on many of the systems buyers are most concerned about, including slide-outs and stabilizers, rooftop and basement ACs, electrical and solar systems, plumbing, appliances, and more.

My goal is simple: provide buyers with clear, thorough, unbiased information so they can purchase in confidence, or help sellers know what issues a buyer may find with their rig and how to price their sale accordingly.

Every inspection is documented using my own inspection software. A detailed report is typically delivered the same day, usually before I leave the inspection site, allowing buyers to move quickly when time-sensitive purchasing decisions need to be made.

Full Time RV Lifer

Living full-time in an RV reveals the real-world problems that owners encounter and the systems that fail most often. That insight helps me find issues that other inspectors overlook, recognize where upgrades or DIY modifications are a benefit or liablility, and discover issues outside the common inspection checklist.

Understanding How Things Fail

Many RV problems stay hidden until they've become a major issue. Because I've personally maintained and repaired many different RV systems, I understand how components wear out, what early failure symptoms look like, and where hidden issues will most often originate.

Experience Across Every Major RV Type

Class A, C and Super C, fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers, and adventure vans - I've inspected all of them. I spent 6 months in the field with professional inspectors, writing my own software to document the components and systems that matter most during a pre-purchase evaluation.

On-site, Same Day Report.

Buying opportunities move quickly. I built my software so I could provide buyers with the highest attention to detail instead of thinking about getting home to finish an agonizingly long report. My reports are delivered the same day the inspection is performed.
